Unicaja lends you money for home energy improvements, which you repay over a chosen term of three to eight years.
You can finance LED lighting, more efficient heating and hot-water systems, home automation and presence controls, façade insulation, replacement windows, solar panels, and a charging point for your electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle.
Eligibility
The works or equipment must improve the energy efficiency of your home. Appliances must have energy certification A or B.
Unicaja assesses your finances before lending. You must provide a quotation or proforma invoice for the renovation or energy equipment.
