Ducted heat pump rebate

Merrimac Municipal Light DepartmentMassachusetts

Existing homeowners with an active residential utility account can receive a $2,500 electric-account credit for an ENERGY STAR certified ducted air-source heat pump.

Tato příležitost je nyní dostupná v angličtině.

This rebate covers a ducted air-source heat pump that heats your home with electricity and provides central cooling. The $2,500 rebate is credited to your Merrimac Municipal Light Department (MMLD) electric account.

Eligibility

  • You must be an existing homeowner with an active residential MMLD account in good standing. Install the heat pump at that account’s location.
  • The heat pump must be ENERGY STAR certified. Check the ENERGY STAR listing or the appliance’s ENERGY STAR logo; an Energy Guide tag alone does not qualify.
  • Your sales receipt must show a purchase after 1 July 2020.
  • The programme allows one heat-pump or mini-split system per household. Across the appliance rebate programme, each customer account can claim for at most two appliances in each programme period.
  • MMLD may verify the installation.
