Gemeente Hof van TwenteNederlandeneop til 15 t EURlukker 31. dec. 2026

Volunteer associations and foundations can receive a grant for energy-saving upgrades and renewable energy at their facilities in Hof van Twente.

Denne finansieringsmulighed er i øjeblikket beskrevet på engelsk.

The municipality pays 25% of eligible investment costs, up to €15,000 per application per facility. If your organisation is liable for VAT, the calculation excludes VAT. Only costs the municipality considers necessary for the listed measures qualify. Complete applications are considered in receipt order within a €200,000 budget.

Eligible measures include LED lighting and sports-field lighting with at least 100 lumens per watt, daylight or occupancy controls, heat recovery from extracted air at existing sports facilities, electrically driven heat pumps for facility heating or hot water at sports facilities, and shower-water heat recovery. Glazing in exterior walls or roofs must use multiple panes with a heat-resistant coating and/or gas-filled cavity, and have a heat-transfer coefficient no higher than 1.1 W/m²K. Insulation for existing floors, ceilings or walls must have thermal resistance of at least 2.5 m²K/W: this measures how well the material resists heat loss. Solar water or air heating, photovoltaic panels and specialist energy coaching, including on-site thermal scans and resulting quick wins, are also listed.

Grants up to €7,500 are paid in one payment; above this amount the award decision sets advance amounts and timing. The decision explains how to account for spending, and the municipality can require evidence that the work and award conditions were fulfilled.

Eligibility

  • Your association or foundation must have legal personality and consist largely of volunteers. The facility must be used for social-cultural or sports activities in Hof van Twente and owned and managed by your organisation; the regulation accepts full or partial ownership. Commercial organisations, school buildings and church buildings are excluded.
  • Submit only one application per facility, which may cover several measures. Provide an energy-advice report: the measures must agree with the advice. Work must be completed within six months of the award decision and before 1 January 2027.
  • The municipality may refuse support if the activities do not sufficiently benefit the municipality or its residents, or you have not shown that the grant is necessary.
  • Immediately notify the municipality in writing if work or obligations will not be fulfilled fully or on time. Also report termination or dissolution procedures, relevant changes in financial or organisational relations with third parties, developments affecting compliance, and changes in statutes concerning legal form, directors or purpose.
