Business photovoltaic project loan
A loan for small businesses with turnover up to €2.5 million to install solar electricity systems, financing up to 80% of investment costs.
Denne finansieringsmulighed er i øjeblikket beskrevet på engelsk.
Piraeus Bank lends in euros for photovoltaic projects, which generate electricity from sunlight. The amount depends on the investment cost and, if the project is in an incentive programme, its inclusion decision. The maximum term is 17 years to buy an operating solar park or project, or 18 years to construct one.
The interest rate varies with one-month or three-month Euribor, a reference interest rate. The bank adds at least 3.50 percentage points to that rate, depending on the assets offered as security for the loan. The Law 128/1975 levy also applies. An optional grace period of up to 12 months requires interest payments during that period. Repayments are monthly or quarterly.
Eligibility
Your business must be small or very small, with turnover up to €2.5 million, and invest in photovoltaic stations. The investment must either be included in a development programme or be financed entirely with your own capital and bank loans.
You must insure the photovoltaic system. If property is mortgaged for the loan, fire and earthquake insurance for that property is mandatory.
