Climate Vouchers
S$400 in vouchers for eligible Singapore households to buy energy- and water-efficient appliances and fittings.
Diese Finanzierungsmöglichkeit ist derzeit auf Englisch beschrieben.
Use the vouchers at participating retailers to reduce the upfront cost of efficient household equipment. The S$400 entitlement consists of S$300 and S$100 voucher sets for each eligible registered address. If your household already claimed the S$300 set, it can claim the additional S$100; this is not a new S$400 entitlement.
Eligible products must meet these programme conditions. Tick ratings are the product's energy or water efficiency label ratings. Appliances and fittings must carry NEA's energy label or PUB's water efficiency label; LED lights, DC fans and induction stoves must be approved under the programme.
- Refrigerators: 3 ticks or more; air-conditioners, water heaters and clothes dryers: 5 ticks; washing machines: 4 ticks.
- Shower fittings, water closets, basin taps and mixers, and sink/bib taps and mixers: 3 ticks.
- LED lights, including circular lights and downlights: 2 ticks or more.
- Fans must use a direct-current (DC) motor; fans with non-LED lights are excluded.
- Stoves must use only induction cooking, which heats cookware with electromagnetic energy and produces no flames.
You pay any cost above the vouchers used. No change or refund is given when voucher value exceeds the purchase price. Vouchers cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, store credit or other vouchers, and vouchers from different households cannot be combined in one transaction.
Purchases paid for with vouchers are non-refundable. Exchanges depend on the retailer's policy and must be for another eligible product. Use vouchers at the point of purchase: NEA and PUB do not reimburse purchases made without them, and vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to products bought before inclusion in the programme.
Eligibility
You must be registered and living at the eligible address:
- At a Housing & Development Board (HDB) flat, Singapore citizens and permanent residents qualify.
- At a private residential property, Singapore citizens qualify.
One resident claims on behalf of the address. Multiple families or tenants living at the same registered address share one entitlement. Owning a property without being registered and living there does not qualify you to claim for that unit.
If you are moving to a new home, update your registered address with ICA and wait until it appears in Singpass before claiming there. If previous owners already claimed for the address, use the programme's appeal route. If you claimed vouchers before selling and moving out of your old home, you may retain them and show documents for the previous address when spending them.
NEA and PUB may void vouchers and recover the value already used if you breach the terms or misuse the vouchers.

- Eligible households can claim now. Claim and spend both voucher tranches by 31 December 2027; unused value is forfeited.[^c2][^c3][^c6][^c8]
Claim through go.gov.sg/cv-claim. Select the S$100 Climate Vouchers, log in with Singpass and receive your unique voucher link by SMS from gov.sg. Repeat for the S$300 set if your household has not already claimed it.
At a participating retailer, show proof of the residential address used to claim the vouchers, select the amount to spend and have the cashier scan the voucher QR code. Scanning must take place in person; some retailers allow online orders with scanning upon delivery.
You may share the link with household members. A member living with you can show their own address proof; a family member living elsewhere or another authorised person buying for you must bring a copy of your identification showing your address.
For printed vouchers, bring the complete voucher sheets, including the first sheet showing your name, and proof of identity matching that name. Tell the cashier how much you want to spend and hand over the sheets for scanning.
