Green consumer loan
An unsecured loan for individuals buying solar panels, heat pumps and other listed energy equipment, including installation.
Diese Finanzierungsmöglichkeit ist derzeit auf Englisch beschrieben.
You can borrow to buy and install a solar power system, heat pump, wood-biomass boiler, charging station or condensing natural-gas boiler. You cannot use this loan to repay existing loans.
The minimum loan is €300. The maximum is the combined amount of one or more loans: with regular monthly income paid into an account at this bank, it is €60,000 through standard approval or €40,000 through automatic approval. New customers must open an account and transfer their regular income to receive those limits. For customers of other banks and this bank's customers without regular income paid into their account here, the limits are €30,000 and €20,000 respectively.
The loan money can be used against invoices, pro-forma invoices or contracts in your name. You repay the money in monthly instalments taken from your account by direct debit, including SEPA direct debit from another bank. The minimum monthly instalment is €20. Repayment can run from 3 to 120 months; the usual maximum is 84 months, and 85–120-month loans are available only in limited numbers.
Choose a fixed rate, which stays the same, or a variable rate consisting of EURIBOR, a reference interest rate, plus a fixed bank margin. If EURIBOR rises, your monthly instalment and total repayment can rise substantially.
The bank charges no loan-conclusion fee. Its current loan-management charge is €2.75 a month. The calculator also includes account and card-account charges of €3 and €0.20 a month when income transfer is selected.
You can repay some or all of the loan early. After partial repayment, you and the bank can agree new instalments in a contract amendment; otherwise the bank may adjust the instalments so repayment still ends on the agreed date and notify you in writing. For a fixed-rate loan, a fee applies when early repayments exceed €10,000 in 12 months: 1% of the amount repaid if more than a year remains, or 0.5% if a year or less remains. It cannot exceed the interest you would otherwise pay for the remaining period.
Early repayment reduces eligible loan costs under the law and contract. Monthly loan, account and card-account charges, and monthly life-insurance premiums, are not refunded. The bank returns eligible reduced costs within 45 days, unless it uses the refund to offset overdue amounts you owe it.
You may withdraw from the loan agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of signing by sending written notice on paper or another durable medium. You must then return the borrowed money and interest accrued between receiving and returning it without delay, and no later than 30 days after sending the notice.
Eligibility
- You must be an individual whose ability to repay is accepted by the bank. It normally assesses salary, pension, contract-work income or other demonstrable regular monthly income.
- You must be no older than 77 when the loan is fully repaid.
- Existing customers, new customers opening an account and transferring regular income, and customers of other banks can apply. You can keep your account at another bank, but the interest rate is higher and the lower borrowing limits apply.
- Use the loan against invoices, pro-forma invoices or contracts issued in your name for the listed equipment and installation.
- The loan is unsecured. Borrower life insurance is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the loan.
- The bank does not offer foreign-currency loans as defined in its terms. A loan falls into that category if its currency differs from the currency of your income or repayment assets, or from the currency of the EU country where you permanently reside when signing.

Book an appointment with Banka Intesa Sanpaolo d.d. through the product page's appointment link to apply in a branch. New customers can apply, and transferring regular income to a newly opened account gives access to the higher limits. Customers of other banks may apply without opening an account here.
Bring identification and your bank card, plus an invoice or pro-forma invoice in your name. The bank may ask for additional documents and checks your ability to repay before approval.
