Earthshot Ventures invests in technologies such as more efficient computing for AI, the energy that powers it, and mineral supply chains supporting electrification. These investments must combine commercial opportunity with positive climate impact.
An equity investment gives the investor part ownership of your company in return for capital. Earthshot’s participation in Cloover’s equity round is an example of this support. After investing, Earthshot and Elemental teams also help companies connect with customers, other investors, policymakers and business leaders.
Eligibility
- Earthshot considers companies across any geography, from the first company-building investment rounds (Pre-Seed) through rounds supporting growth (Series B).
- Your technology should offer a cheaper, better or faster alternative to existing solutions. Earthshot seeks founders with distinctive knowledge of their target markets.
- The investor looks for a fast route to earning revenue and a repeatable way of reaching customers and making sales.
- The energy, AI infrastructure and critical-mineral focus is tied to positive climate impact.
- Earthshot looks for the right moment to invest: the technology is ready, market conditions favour it, and customer demand is coming together.
