Climate loan
Borrow €5,000–€50,000 for selected energy improvements to your own house or condominium, without a land-register entry.

The loan can finance rooftop solar panels, new insulating windows, insulation and a heat pump for your property. It is restricted to selected energy renovation and renewable-energy measures.
Sparkasse Kaiserslautern lends you money for the work, which you repay with interest. The advertised term is 12–120 months and the loan amount is €5,000–€50,000. No land-register entry is required, so you do not need to register this loan against the property in the land register. Credit protection for you and your family is optional.
Eligibility
- You must be 18–65 years old, have regular income and have good creditworthiness.
- You must own a residential house or condominium.
- You need a specific offer or cost estimate for the work.
- If you are not already a Sparkasse customer, the adviser needs proof of your salary.
