A smart thermostat can adjust home heating and cooling to your habits and preferences, reducing wasted energy.
You keep complete control of your thermostat. Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative does not control it at any time through this programme.
Eligibility
You must be a Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative member and a homeowner installing a smart thermostat in your home. Participation is optional.
You may install the thermostat yourself. The cooperative recommends professional installation for optimal performance.

Complete the official smart thermostat rebate form and supply the information it requests, including a receipt showing the thermostat purchase details.
The cooperative says it applies the $100 credit to your next billing cycle, but proper application can take 4–6 weeks. The credit appears on your power bill.
