Residential appliance rebates
Get a $50 electric-account credit for a qualifying ENERGY STAR clothes washer or dryer installed in an electrically heated home served by Franklin PUD.

Each qualifying ENERGY STAR clothes washer earns a $50 rebate, and each qualifying ENERGY STAR clothes dryer earns $50. The rebate is applied to your Franklin PUD electric account; exceptions may apply.
The programme is available until funding expires and is subject to change and funding availability.
Eligibility
- You must have a Franklin PUD electric account, and the appliance must be installed in an electrically heated home.
- Franklin PUD serves Pasco, Connell, Kahlotus and surrounding areas within Franklin County, Washington. Eligibility depends on being served by the utility.
- Check that your chosen washer or dryer meets the ENERGY STAR certified-product requirements identified by Franklin PUD.
- You must not have previously applied for or received a rebate for the appliance you are claiming.

Complete and sign the Appliance Rebate Application, certifying that your information is correct and the installation meets the form’s criteria. Attach a copy of your payment receipt showing the make, model and purchase date.
Send the application and receipt to energyservices@franklinpud.com or mail them to Franklin PUD, P.O. Box 2407, Pasco, WA 99302. Franklin PUD must receive your application within 60 days of purchase.
