Interest-free borrowing for private homeowners installing solar panels or replacing fossil heating with a heat pump in a house financed by Regiobank.
Borrow CHF 10,000–50,000 to install photovoltaic panels or replace a fossil-fuel heating system with a heat pump. The loan runs for eight years at 0% interest, with no fees.
You repay the borrowed money directly every quarter, reducing the loan balance rather than building a separate savings pot. Additional repayments and repayment of the loan are possible at any time.
Eligibility
- You must be a private individual and live in the single-family house being financed. The house must have its financing with Regiobank.
- New customers can qualify by transferring their mortgage to Regiobank.
- You must contribute at least 25% of the investment amount from your own funds.
Regiobank serves a regional market along the southern foothills of the Jura in Solothurn and adjoining areas of neighbouring cantons.
