Energy-saving renovation loan
A personal loan for adults financing home insulation, efficient heating or solar panels, with no arrangement fee.
Borrow €3,000–€50,000 from LCL for energy-saving work on your home, including heating, low-consumption boilers, thermal insulation and solar panels. Repay the loan in monthly instalments over 6–144 months. LCL agrees the amount, term and monthly payment with you according to your personal situation and ability to repay.
There is no arrangement fee. Optional borrower insurance adds to the loan repayment if you choose it.
If approved, the money is released on the 15th day after signing the contract, or on the 8th day if you request early implementation. You have 14 full calendar days from accepting the offer to withdraw without giving a reason or paying a penalty. After that period, you can repay early under the terms of your contract.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and LCL must approve your application.
The work must save energy in the home and qualify for tax relief, as specified in the product conditions. Eligible examples include heating, low-consumption boilers, thermal insulation and solar panels.
LCL assesses your repayment capacity when agreeing the loan. Evidence of your project is recommended.
