Ductless heat-pump rebate
Agralite members can receive a $250 rebate for an eligible ENERGY STAR ductless heat pump without enrolling in the off-peak electricity programme.
An air-source heat pump moves heat from outdoor air into your building for heating. This entry covers the $250 ductless heat-pump purchase rebate for members who are not enrolled in Agralite’s off-peak programme: they receive 50% of the advertised $500 rebate.
Eligibility
You must have a valid Agralite cooperative account, and the equipment must be installed within its service territory. Agralite serves Swift County, most of Stevens and Big Stone Counties, and southern Pope County in west-central Minnesota. Homeowners, renters and landlords are among the member types on the claim form.
The heat pump must be on the current ENERGY STAR qualifying-products list on its purchase date. Products already delisted or incorrectly labelled ENERGY STAR do not qualify.
Use a quality installer who is currently registered through HVACReducation.net. Registered contractors have agreed to the programme terms and passed a test of quality-installation knowledge; the linked directory lets you search by contractor or area and requires you to choose an equipment category.

Complete and sign the 2026 ductless heat-pump rebate form, including your account and equipment model information. Submit the completed form and a copy of the original dated sales receipt within 90 days of purchase.
