GreenUp loans

Puget Sound Cooperative Credit UnionWashington

Loans for PSCCU members buying electric, plug-in hybrid or hybrid vehicles, bicycles or kayaks, with a rate discount for qualifying vehicles.

GreenUp reduces the regular qualifying vehicle annual percentage rate (APR) by 0.50 percentage points. You borrow money from PSCCU and repay it with interest through loan payments. For example, PSCCU illustrates a $50,000 EV loan at 4.74% APR over 60 months with monthly payments of about $938.

The current schedule, effective June 1, 2026, lists 60-month APRs of 4.74–13.24% for model year 2025 or newer vehicles and 4.99–13.49% for model year 2024 or older vehicles. At 72 months, the respective ranges are 4.99–14.24% and 5.24–14.49%. An 84-month option is listed for model year 2025 or newer vehicles at 5.99–8.74%. Your available term depends on the loan amount; your rate depends on your credit score and term. Rates can change.

New vehicles can receive up to 100% financing including tax and licensing costs. Used vehicles can receive up to 100% of their high NADA book value, the vehicle valuation used by PSCCU.

For qualifying members, PSCCU can add up to $2,000 for an EV charging station to the vehicle loan. A contractor must install it; self-installations are excluded.

Bicycle and kayak loans include an option of up to $7,500 over 24 months. The current rate schedule lists APRs of 7.24–8.24% for terms up to 24 months and 7.49–8.49% for 25–48 months. PSCCU pays the bike or kayak shop directly or reimburses you.

Published consumer rates assume automatic payments; without them, the rate is 0.25 percentage points higher. Wave Club members can receive a further 0.25 percentage-point discount on qualifying loans. To qualify for Wave Club, you need your primary PSCCU checking account with direct or regular deposits and a PSCCU Visa credit card with recent monthly activity. The discount applies to auto, personal and boat, motorcycle or RV loans. Other restrictions can apply.

PSCCU lists a $3.75 convenience fee for online loan payments.
