Northern Savings lends money for green home upgrades, which you repay with interest over a term of up to ten years. Its published EnergySave rate is its prime lending rate plus 0.75 percentage points.
Eligibility
The loan is for personal green home upgrades. Eligible work includes insulation, energy-efficient windows and doors, heat pumps, energy-efficient furnaces and solar panels. Northern Savings assesses whether your proposed project qualifies.
