Business green car leasing
Leasing for businesses buying new or used zero-emission or low-emission cars, with special financing terms based on the vehicle’s CO2 emissions.

You can finance a new or used business car with zero CO2 emissions or emissions of 1–95 g/km measured under WLTP, the vehicle test procedure used to report its CO2 emissions. The bank is the registered owner during the lease, and you pay for the vehicle and interest over time. Depending on the lease type, you can become the owner after paying off the car, or return it to the buyback provider or buy it for its residual value—the amount left to pay at the end of the lease.
For a zero-emission car, the advertised interest margin starts at 1.49% plus six-month Euribor, an interest-rate benchmark. This is a starting price rather than a guaranteed rate. Financing starts at €7,000, with a down payment from 10% and repayment over up to six years. The agreement fee is 1% of the vehicle price, with a minimum of €200. Swedbank CASCO insurance carries a 10% first-year discount under the special conditions.
Eligibility
- The vehicle must be a passenger car or light commercial vehicle up to 3.5 tonnes. It must be no older than 15 years at the end of the lease.
- Swedbank assesses your company using current financial statements, available cash and credit history. Your company must have sufficient turnover or a future project with good turnover potential.
- You must have a completed, up-to-date customer data questionnaire.
- The car needs CASCO insurance covering damage to the vehicle and traffic insurance. You can use another CASCO insurer, but must send the policy to Swedbank.
- The leased vehicle is registered to the bank through Estonia’s Transport Administration. As its responsible user, you pay the annual motor vehicle tax. A separate registration fee is due before the vehicle’s first registration in Estonia, or its first change of ownership if that fee has not already been paid. No registration fee is due when you become the owner at the end of your lease; it is due if a third party buys out the leased vehicle.

Apply through Swedbank’s Business Internet Bank or request a consultation from the official car-leasing page. Swedbank will contact you. If the seller is not a Swedbank cooperation partner, order a vehicle valuation report.
You can sign the lease digitally through Internet Bank. The seller starts the vehicle registration in the bank’s name. Arrange the required insurance; if you choose another CASCO insurer, email its policy to liisinguadmin@swedbank.ee or upload it in Internet Bank.
