Borrow from Harzsparkasse for energy renovation of your residential house or apartment. Supported work includes solar and photovoltaic systems, replacement heating systems, insulation of walls, floors and roofs, and ventilation systems.
You choose the loan amount and agree a fixed repayment period. The bank advertises immediate payment of the loan and you repay it in equal monthly instalments throughout that period. No collateral is required. Early repayment is possible, and you can make extra payments at any time.
Eligibility
You must be an adult, have regular income and a positive Schufa credit record, and own a residential house or apartment. Schufa is the credit record used for the bank’s credit check.
You can apply if you are not already a Sparkasse customer; your adviser then needs proof of salary.
