Highline members can receive $375 per qualifying ENERGY STAR heat-pump water heater with a tank of at least 30 gallons.

The Electrify & Save programme offers energy-efficiency equipment rebates to Highline Electric Association members. This entry covers its $375 rebate per ENERGY STAR heat-pump water heater. The payment is a fixed amount per qualifying unit.
Eligibility
- You must have a Highline account. Its water-heater application accepts residential and non-residential claims.
- Install the water heater at a location served by Highline. Its territory includes parts of Logan, Weld, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington and Yuma counties in Colorado, and Perkins, Deuel, Dundy and Chase counties in Nebraska.
- Choose an ENERGY STAR heat-pump water heater with a tank of at least 30 gallons and provide ENERGY STAR verification documentation. Tankless water heaters do not qualify.
- The online application offers new construction or replacement of a natural-gas/propane water heater as the installation choices.

Submit your claim through Highline’s Water Heater Rebates form within 90 days of the product purchase date or delivery/installation date.
Enter your account number, installation address, purchase and installation dates, and the equipment manufacturer and model. Select the heat-pump water-heater option and new construction or natural-gas/propane replacement.
Upload the final paid receipt or invoice showing all itemized prices, including pre-tax costs, discounts and promotions. Include the product model number and ENERGY STAR verification documentation with your claim.
