Energy-efficient appliance rebates
Rebates for new ENERGY STAR washers, dishwashers, freezers and refrigerators installed by residential or farm members at premises served by RVEC.

Raccoon Valley Electric Cooperative (RVEC) pays $50 per eligible clothes washer and $25 per eligible dishwasher, freezer or refrigerator. You can claim for multiple qualifying appliances, up to $250 in total appliance rebates per residential or farm account per calendar year.
Eligibility
- You must be a current RVEC member-owner with active electric service and a residential or farm account.
- Buy a new ENERGY STAR-certified appliance and install it at your member location served by RVEC. Check its ENERGY STAR rating at energystar.gov or on the yellow packaging label, and include the certification documentation with your claim.
- Submit the completed claim and required documents within six months of purchase. RVEC may inspect your home or equipment and verify the information before issuing the rebate.
RVEC may change incentive amounts or end the programme without notice.

Download the appliance rebate form from RVEC’s rebates page or request a printed copy from its office. Complete all information, sign the certification that the appliance is installed at your RVEC-served location, and attach a dated, itemized sales receipt and ENERGY STAR documentation.
Email your claim to info@rvec.coop or mail it to Raccoon Valley Electric Cooperative, Attn: Member Services, 28725 Hwy 30, Glidden, IA 51443. RVEC asks you to allow up to 30 business days for processing; incomplete claims or missing documents can delay approval.
Pre-approval is not required. RVEC recommends contacting Member Services before buying or installing equipment to confirm eligibility.
