Heat-pump installation grant
Electricity customers can receive a €150 bill credit for installing a heat pump, paid across their next two annual bills.

The installation bonus supports heat pumps as an energy-saving way to heat your home. Stadtwerke Steinfurt provides €150 including VAT as credits spread across the next two annual electricity bills.
Eligibility
- You must be a Stadtwerke Steinfurt electricity customer or become one. All electricity meters in your household must be supplied by Stadtwerke Steinfurt.
- For an apartment building, it is enough for Stadtwerke Steinfurt to supply the common-area electricity and the heat-pump electricity.
- Your heat pump must still be awaiting installation when you take up the offer. After installation and commissioning, use the installer’s final invoice as proof. Its invoice date must be no more than six months ago.

- Only heat pumps still to be installed when entering the offer qualify. Claim after installation and commissioning with an installer final invoice dated no more than six months ago.
You do not need to apply for the grant in advance. Once the heat pump has been installed and commissioned, upload the installer’s final invoice through the “Formular Förderprogramm Wärmepumpe” on the programme page. Submit it while the invoice is no more than six months old.
