SpareBank 1 Lom og Skjåk offers Fjellbanken Energilån Næring for solar installations on farm and commercial roofs. This is money your business must repay. You can borrow up to NOK 400,000 with a repayment period of up to ten years, at 0.75 percentage points below your ordinary interest rate.
If your business receives a refund of input VAT paid on the installation, that refund must be used as an extra repayment of the loan when received.
Eligibility
Your business must plan to install solar panels on the roof of an agricultural or commercial building.
- Provide an operating plan showing the panels’ power capacity and expected annual electricity production.
- Provide a cost estimate for the completed installation, including panels, the mounting system, the inverter that converts the panels’ electricity for use, and installation and commissioning costs.
