Green consumer loan
Borrow €1,500–€20,000 without collateral for home energy improvements, efficient appliances, solar power or bicycles and electric motorbikes if you live and pay tax in Greece.
Tämän rahoitusmahdollisuuden kuvaus on toistaiseksi englanniksi.
You can finance energy-class-A appliances and air conditioners, photovoltaic systems with monitoring equipment and batteries, and improvements such as shading, insulation, window frames and solar water heaters. Bicycles, electric bicycles and electric motorbikes also qualify.
The loan can cover 100% of the supplier, contractor or installer’s quotation or pro forma invoice, within the €1,500–€20,000 loan range. Repayment runs for 6–60 months for loans up to €6,000, or 6–84 months for €6,001–€20,000.
The published floating interest rate is 8.75%, plus the current 0.60% levy under Law 128/1975. The bank describes this as its current 11.10% base consumer rate minus 2.35 percentage points, adjusted with one-month Euribor, with a possible additional increase of 0.5 percentage points. Your borrowing cost can change. The 9.76% APR is only an example for €10,000 over 72 months with the €150 fee.
The money is paid out once. You repay both the borrowed money and interest in monthly instalments, taken by standing order from your deposit account. The €150 assessment fee is collected from your chosen servicing account when the loan is paid out; it is waived for customers participating through Piraeus in Exoikonomo or Anavathmizo to Spiti mou. You can repay part or all of the loan early without a charge by making a written request to the bank.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, declare permanent residence in Greece and have Greek tax residence. You must be no older than 70 when the loan ends. No mortgage or other collateral is required.
