A grant towards professional floor or ground insulation in poorly insulated, owner-occupied homes in Nunspeet.

Tämän rahoitusmahdollisuuden kuvaus on toistaiseksi englanniksi.

The Lokale Aanpak Isolatie (LAI) helps reduce household gas use through insulation. This entry covers having your own chosen company install floor insulation or ground insulation, then claiming back the paid costs. You can receive up to €1,790 once per dwelling. Choose one of these two measures; the grant cannot fund both.

The grant must not exceed your actual eligible costs after subtracting other subsidies requested or awarded for the same work. The covered claim range is €200–€1,790: the municipality may refuse requests below €200 under its general grant rules. Costs must be reasonable in relation to the result.

Eligibility

You must be a private individual who owns the dwelling according to the land register and currently lives there as your main home. The dwelling must be within Nunspeet municipality, have been occupied as a dwelling before renovation, and be registered with a residential use in the national address and buildings register (BAG). It must have direct access at street level and a living floor adjoining ground level.

For the homes covered here, both property-value tests apply: the WOZ value must be below €500,000 using the 2022 reference year, and the most recently established WOZ value at application must be below the current standard NHG threshold. NHG is the Dutch national mortgage guarantee; its standard threshold is €470,000 in 2026.

The home must have energy label D, E, F or G, or at least two poorly insulated groups of existing building elements: floor/ground, facade (including cavity walls), roof/attic floor, or windows. The ordinance gives these indications: roof insulation below 9 cm or Rc ≤2.0; an uninsulated attic floor qualifies as a roof alternative only with an unheated attic and closed hatch or door (Rc ≤2.0); facade without cavity, internal or external insulation (Rc ≤1.1); missing or poor floor/ground insulation, with below 5 cm and Rc ≤1.3 indicated (addressing moderate floor insulation is not necessarily needed); and single, old double or HR glass with Ug ≥1.6. Rc describes the building element’s resistance to heat loss, while Ug describes heat passing through glass.

The floor or ground receiving the insulation must itself be poorly insulated, using the indications above. For either retained measure, install at least 20 m² of insulation with Rd ≥3.5 m²K/W. Rd is the insulation material’s resistance to heat loss. The insulation must be physically installed in the home and improve an existing outdated element; adding a new element or a measure that can readily be reversed can lead to refusal. Work completed on or after 1 January 2024 can be declared.

Before-work photographs are not required if the work had already been completed before the scheme was published. Claims must arrive by 31 December 2026. Applications are awarded in order of receipt until the budget is exhausted; meeting the conditions does not reserve funds.
