You can finance photovoltaic panels and battery storage, insulation for walls, roofs, cellars or floors, ventilation systems and digital systems that help optimise energy use.
The bank pays the loan into your current account in one sum. You repay the borrowed money with interest through instalments, over a term you choose between 12 and 180 months. Early repayment is free.
The published representative example is a €15,000 loan over 120 months: 4.25% effective annual interest, 4.17% fixed nominal interest, monthly payments of €152.84 and €18,340.12 repaid in total. This illustrates the advertised rate and repayment cost.
Eligibility
The loan is for energy improvements to your own home. Credit-protection insurance is optional.
The bank’s general terms supplement your individual loan agreement. If the lending risk changes, for example because your finances or the value of existing security worsen, the bank may require security or additional security. For consumer loans this normally concerns security specified in the contract. For a general consumer loan above €75,000, that right also applies when the contract contains no or incomplete security provisions.
