Audit-recommended energy efficiency improvements

Bayfield Electric CooperativeWisconsinjusqu’à 500 USDclôture 31 déc. 2026

Members can receive up to $500 for energy-saving improvements to a home or farm recommended by a qualifying energy audit.

Cette fiche est actuellement disponible en anglais.

The incentive covers materials and professional labour for qualifying improvements, up to the lower of their cost or $500. The energy audit itself is excluded. The audit report must show that the work reduces electricity use or delivered fossil fuel use, such as propane (LP) or oil, or improves energy efficiency.

Rebates below $200 are credited to your electricity bill.

Eligibility

  • You must be a cooperative member, and the home or farm being improved must be on the cooperative’s lines.
  • The cooperative or a cooperative-approved partner must arrange a comprehensive energy audit with a written report. The improvements must be recommended in that report.
  • Complete the improvements within 24 months of the audit date.
  • Each member account can receive only one audit-improvement incentive every five years, regardless of how many audits or improvements it undertakes.
  • If an improvement qualifies for another incentive category, it can receive only that category’s incentive. For example, an eligible ENERGY STAR refrigerator uses the appliance incentive instead.

Additional eligibility criteria may apply. Bayfield Electric Cooperative can change or cancel the programme without notice.
