Borrow using your home’s value for solar installations through a multipurpose loan for Cambodian citizens.

CIMB’s Home Equity Loan lets you use your home’s value to borrow for renovations, solar installations or other personal purposes. Solar Financing is an explicit feature of the broader loan.
You borrow money from CIMB and must repay the loan. You pay the insurance, property valuation and legal fees. The processing fee is 1% of the total loan amount, with a minimum charge of USD 1,000.
Eligibility
- You must be a Cambodian citizen. The offer covers individual and joint property ownership.
- You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
- You must have fire insurance protecting your property.

Apply at your nearest CIMB Bank branch. Bring your National Identification Document or another identity document issued by an official authority, the property’s Sales and Purchase Agreement, and evidence of income such as an employment letter, salary slips, bank statements or other relevant documents. CIMB’s relationship managers assist with applications.
