Small heat-network startup grant
Groups of neighbours in Doetinchem can receive €1,000 per owner-occupied home, up to €15,000 per initiative, to start a small heat-network project.

The grant pays for help organising the project, technical research and other startup costs for a small heat network developed together by neighbours.
Eligibility
- The scheme is for groups of neighbouring residents with owner-occupied homes in Doetinchem who want to develop a small heat network together.
- Your initiative must be in a neighbourhood where no large heat network is being investigated or built.
- A maximum of two apartment complexes, represented by their owners’ associations (VvEs), can participate in the scheme.
