Isolatie Subsidie Achterhoek
Up to €2,000 for owner-occupiers to insulate an existing, poorly insulated home in Oude IJsselstreek.
Cette fiche est actuellement disponible en anglais.
The municipality funds insulation that reduces your home’s heating demand. You can hire an installer or do the work yourself. For DIY work, eligible actual costs include insulation materials, necessary finishing and fixing materials, delivery and tool hire; your own labour is excluded.
Work must improve the existing thermal shell: the walls, roof, windows and floors separating your home from outdoors. Shared walls, detached outbuildings and unheated stores or conservatories are excluded. An existing extension can qualify when already part of the heated home and meeting the subsidy conditions; a new extension is excluded.
Eligibility
- You must own and live in an existing home in Oude IJsselstreek. Recreational homes and new construction are excluded. This entry covers homes with a registered energy label D, E, F or G. The officially assessed WOZ property value must be no higher than €477,000 at 1 January 2024.
- Work must take place after 1 January 2025 and use materials on the applicable national ISDE notification-code lists. Each address receives this grant only once, even after a change of owner. You cannot use another municipal subsidy for the same measure; different measures can use different municipal schemes.
- Cavity-wall insulation needs at least 10 m² and material resistance Rd ≥1.1; facade insulation needs 10 m² and Rd ≥3.5; floor/ground and roof/attic insulation need 20 m² and Rd ≥3.5. For listed monuments, facade and roof/attic Rd ≥2.5 applies. Rd measures resistance to heat loss: higher values insulate better.
- Double glazing needs at least 3 m² and U ≤1.2; for monuments U ≤3.0 applies. Triple glazing needs 3 m², glass U ≤0.7 and frames U ≤1.5. U measures heat transfer: lower values insulate better.
- Follow the applicable nature-friendly insulation rules and environmental legislation, including any required permits. You bear associated compliance costs. Allow municipal inspections; incorrectly documented or unpaid measures, refusal to cooperate, or inaccurate information can lead to partial or full recovery.
