Triple Impact Ventures is a private investment vehicle that backs founders at pre-seed and seed stages. It co-invests: it contributes capital to a company’s funding round alongside other investors, typically individual angel investors and venture-capital funds. Its focus is Europe and businesses capable of growing internationally.
The wider strategy addresses climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution. This entry covers climate-relevant businesses within that strategy. One investment is A&B Smart Materials, developing alternatives to fossil-based absorbent materials; its co-investor identifies potential to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions as the technology grows.
In that investment, Triple Impact Ventures described support beyond capital through its network, introductions to partners and future investors, and experience of building startups.
