Inclimo invests directly by buying shares in unlisted companies. Its initial investment is €500,000–€1 million, and it can invest up to €2.5 million in one company.
The fund covers technology for food and agriculture, circular production and materials, buildings, transport and mobility, water and energy efficiency. It also considers common digital and research-led business models in these fields.
Eligibility
Your company must be based in Spain or elsewhere in the European Union. Inclimo's main focus is Spain, with a smaller part of its investments elsewhere in the EU.
The company must:
- be at pre-Series A or Series A stage;
- develop technology that can reduce greenhouse-gas emissions significantly, measurably and at scale;
- have a profitable business case and a scalable growth proposition;
- be willing to incorporate an environmental, social and governance strategy and align management with social and environmental impact objectives;
- be able to attract additional investment from other investment partners;
- be unlisted on a main stock exchange or an equivalent regulated market when Inclimo first invests.

Complete Inclimo's online investment questionnaire. Prepare your company website, a short explanation of the problem and solution, funding stage, proposed round and valuation, current and prospective investors, ownership structure, recent revenue, and answers about environmental and social impact. You must also upload a pitch deck of up to 10 MB.
