Energy improvement loan

Sønderhå-Hørsted SparekasseDánia

Borrow for solar panels, a heat pump, new windows or insulation, with published rates for full customers of the savings bank.

Ez a lehetőség jelenleg angolul érhető el.

The energy loan finances improvements such as solar panels, heat pumps, new windows and insulation.

You repay the borrowed money with interest. The October 2025 schedule lists a variable nominal annual interest rate of 3.75%, equivalent to a 3.80% debtor rate including compound interest. Interest is calculated on the outstanding debt and added quarterly; the bank charges no ongoing commission.

In the bank’s C4 calculation example, you receive DKK 200,000 of credit. Establishment costs of DKK 9,325 bring the loan principal to DKK 209,325. Repayment runs over 20 years as an annuity loan: instalments cover both interest and repayment of the debt. In this example, property is pledged as security for the loan through an owner mortgage deed of DKK 200,000. The example has an annual percentage rate (APR) before tax of 4.35%. APR includes interest, bank fees and public charges; it varies with the loan amount, term and security.

The general fee schedule lists a setup or loan-increase charge of 2% plus DKK 1,000, capped at DKK 16,000. For amounts up to DKK 50,000, it lists 2% plus DKK 500. Changing the agreement terms or waiving an instalment costs DKK 500.
