Borrow for home insulation and heat pumps through a variable-rate loan requiring a full banking relationship.

The energy loan finances home renovation, including additional insulation and heat pumps. Stadil Sparekasse lends you money for the work, which you repay with interest.
The rate sheet effective from 1 April 2026 lists a variable nominal annual rate of 3.45% and a debtor rate of 3.49%, reflecting interest charged during the year. Interest is calculated daily on the outstanding balance and added quarterly in arrears.
The establishment fee is 1% of the loan principal, with a minimum of DKK 1,000 and a maximum of DKK 5,000. Listed property-security costs are a registration charge of 1.25% plus DKK 1,825, and DKK 1,200 for preparing and registering the security. The loan falls in the bank’s 0–100% band of the property or transaction value.
The published annual percentage rate of 4.30% includes costs under the bank’s standard example: DKK 250,000 of credit, a DKK 258,898 principal and 20 years of annuity repayments, where each regular payment covers interest and part of the debt. These are example calculations.
Eligibility
Use the loan for energy renovation of a home, such as insulation or a heat pump.
You must have a full banking relationship with Stadil Sparekasse, rather than take only this loan. For loans over DKK 100,000, the bank requires security in real property or a share in a cooperative housing association: the property or share is pledged to secure repayment.
