Up to €1,500 for a first contractor-installed insulation measure in an eligible owner-occupied home in Bunnik.

Ez a lehetőség jelenleg angolul érhető el.

This entry covers the ordinary first-measure grant when you choose your own contractor: cavity-wall, floor or roof insulation, or replacement HR++ glass. The grant includes VAT and covers no more than your actual costs after other subsidies. You pay the invoice first and receive the municipal contribution after the work and final approval; you pay any remaining cost yourself. There is no advance.

Eligibility

You must be an adult owner-occupier living in Bunnik. Your permanent home must have direct street-level access and a storey at ground level, have been built before 1995, and have a WOZ property value of no more than €576,000 as at 1 January 2022. Monuments, homes within a homeowners' association (VvE) and outbuildings are excluded. Only one grant is awarded per home, so a home already supported under this scheme is ineligible.

At least two building parts must be poorly insulated, although one new insulation measure is enough. The municipality uses these tests: floor/bottom insulation under 5 cm or Rc ≤1.3; walls without insulation or Rc ≤1.1; roof insulation under 9 cm or Rc ≤2.0; attic-floor insulation absent or Rc ≤0.5; and single, old double or HR glass with Ug ≥1.6. Rc measures insulation's resistance to heat loss; Ug measures heat passing through glass, where a lower value means better insulation. Floor/bottom counts as one category, and roof/attic floor as one.

The work must meet the incorporated ISDE technical requirements. For the options described here:

  • Cavity walls: at least 10 m², with new insulation Rd ≥1.1 m²K/W. UF foam is not subsidised from 1 April 2026.
  • Existing floors: at least 20 m², with new insulation Rd ≥3.5 m²K/W applied above or beneath the floor. Locally sprayed PIR/PUR must use blowing agents without HFCs.
  • Existing roofs: at least 20 m², with new insulation Rd ≥3.5 m²K/W.
  • HR++ replacement glass: U ≤1.2 W/m²K and at least 3 m² for installation after 1 January 2025; installation in 2024 requires at least 8 m². New openings do not qualify. Window frames themselves are excluded.

Rd measures the new material's resistance to heat loss: existing insulation cannot be added to reach the required value. Extensions and added floors are excluded. Use an insulation contractor with SKG IKOB, Insula or an equivalent certificate. Glass must meet the regulation's European product standards E129, EN673 and EN410. Cavity-wall and external roof work must be nature-friendly. For cavity-wall or roof insulation, follow Bunnik's species-management plan where applicable. Obtain any necessary permissions for the work. A legal nature-protection ban prevents subsidy for the affected work.

Start with Winst uit je Woning's Regel-het-zelf postcode checker to check participation and request your personal code. The application link arrives by email with that code. You can reserve the contribution using a quote before work, or claim after completion. Obtain a contractor's quote meeting the ISDE requirements and showing the material's meldcode—the product identifier used to check eligibility—and accept or reject it within five weeks of its dispatch.

After installation, upload the invoice with meldcode, payment proof or bank statement (not a card-payment receipt), and photos taken during the work. Winst uit je Woning checks the application and pays after the definitive award. Complete applications are considered in arrival order while funds remain. The operative rules require applications by 30 June 2028 and declarations by 30 September 2028. Work must take place between 1 September 2024 and 31 December 2028; this later completion limit does not extend either submission deadline.

The intermediary decides within eight weeks of a complete application and may extend this by up to eight weeks, notifying you before the original period ends. The municipality or intermediary may check that the work was carried out. Immediately notify the municipality in writing if work or grant conditions cannot be completed fully or on time, or if relevant financial or organisational arrangements change.
