Home insulation grant

Oldebroek MunicipalityHollandialezárul 2027. okt. 31.

A grant for owner-occupiers in Oldebroek to insulate a poorly insulated home built before 1992, with higher support for low-income households.

Ez a lehetőség jelenleg angolul érhető el.

This entry covers applying before work starts. You can fund floor or ground insulation, insulation on the inside of the roof, attic or loft-floor insulation, and replacement HR++ or triple glazing. A first energy-efficient ventilation system can be included only alongside an eligible insulation measure: CO₂-controlled ventilation or balanced ventilation with heat recovery of at least 90%.

Contractor-installed insulation receives up to €1,750. If your income is below 150% of the social minimum—the government’s living-cost benchmark for your household—you can receive up to €4,000 for contractor work, provided you apply before 1 November 2026. DIY insulation receives up to €1,000 for eligible material purchases; your own time and labour are excluded. Support cannot exceed actual eligible costs. You may combine it with public support such as ISDE, but total public contributions for the same work cannot exceed your proven actual costs; the municipal grant is reduced if necessary.

Eligibility

  • This entry covers adults who already own the house in Oldebroek and live there as their main home. The house must be designated for permanent residence in the municipal land-use plan. This entry covers existing houses (rather than apartments) built before 1992, with a municipal property valuation (WOZ) below €477,000 at the valuation date of 1 January 2022. Apartments, homes in an owners’ association (VvE), and municipal or national monuments are excluded.
  • The house must have energy label D, E, F or G, or have no registered label or label B/C and at least two poorly insulated parts: floor, facade, roof/attic or windows. The municipality’s existing-insulation tests include a roof with under 9 cm insulation or thermal resistance Rc ≤2.0; an attic/loft floor with no insulation and Rc ≤0.5; a facade without cavity, internal-lining or exterior insulation and Rc ≤1.1; a floor with under 5 cm insulation or Rc ≤1.3; or single, old double or HR glass with Ug ≥1.6. Rc measures the existing construction’s resistance to heat loss; Ug measures heat passing through glass.
  • New floor/ground, internal-roof and attic/loft-floor insulation each require at least 20 m² and material thermal resistance Rd ≥3.5 m²K/W. HR++ and triple glazing each require at least 3 m²; HR++ must have U/Ug ≤1.2 W/m²K and triple glass U/Ug <0.7 W/m²K. Higher Rd means better insulation; lower U/Ug means less heat passes through the glass. The work must also meet the applicable ISDE or SUVI/SpUk LAI technical requirements, and insulation products must appear on RVO’s insulation notification-code list.
  • Contractor work must use an insulation company with SKG IKOB or Insula certification. You may instead carry out eligible DIY work inside the house, using listed new insulation materials. DIY does not cover tools, ladders or scaffolding, finishing materials or finishing labour, or work already required by law.
  • You can apply once per address, for the existing home. Extensions, added storeys, new dormers, sheds, garages and other outbuildings are excluded. Obtain any required permissions and ensure the work is technically feasible. Do not carry out the measures before applying or move before the work is done. Complete the work within 12 months after the grant is awarded.

Az adott pályázati kör feltételei
  • Apply before starting work and strictly before 1 November 2027.
  • The €4,000 low-income contractor limit requires filing strictly before 1 November 2026.
  • Complete applications are processed in receipt order; grants depend on available funds.

Apply yourself to Gemeente Oldebroek through “Aanvraag subsidie woningisolatie VOORAF”, before starting the work and before 1 November 2027. For the €4,000 low-income contractor limit, apply before 1 November 2026. Complete applications are handled in receipt order, subject to available funds; applications arriving on the day the budget runs out are ordered by lottery.

Submit a signed form with the specialist company’s quote showing your name, address, measures, area, insulation value, notification code, brand, expected installation date and separate materials, directly related labour and other costs. For DIY, provide a material budget and price evidence such as webshop screenshots. Include a registered energy label if available; otherwise provide photographs of the poorly insulated parts. For the higher low-income amount, include income statements for the past three months and a provisional tax-refund decision if you or your partner receive tax credits.

After receiving the provisional grant reservation, carry out and pay for the work. No advance is paid. After completion, submit the signed “Verantwoording subsidie woningisolatie” final-determination request within 12 months of receiving the reservation decision. Include itemised invoices, proof of payment and photos of materials, installation and the finished work, including ventilation where relevant. DIY applicants must retain and supply receipts, before/during/after photographs and a declaration that they did the work themselves.

The municipality decides on a complete final request within eight weeks, extendable once by up to four weeks, and pays within four weeks after determination. The payment goes to you rather than the company. Provide requested information and cooperate with spot checks. Immediately notify the municipality in writing if the work or obligations cannot be completed fully or on time, and of relevant changes in financial arrangements with others.
