Green auto loan
Credit-union members can borrow to buy an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle from model years 2020–2026, with optional financing for a home charging station.

MariSol Federal Credit Union lends money for electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids, with repayment terms up to 84 months. You repay the loan with interest; approval is required.
You can add up to $750 of charging-station costs at your primary residence to the vehicle loan. This increases the amount you borrow and repay. MariSol requires a charging-station invoice before releasing that money.
The current consumer-loan fee schedule lists a $35 loan-document preparation fee and a $30 late fee per payment.
Eligibility
- You must be a MariSol member and receive loan approval. The current green-vehicle schedule covers electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles from model years 2020–2026. MariSol may require a down payment and does not accept salvage-title vehicles as collateral.
- Membership is available to Maricopa County employees, retirees and volunteers and their families; members, staff, faculty, students and retirees of Roman and Byzantine Rite Catholic institutions in the dioceses of Phoenix, Tucson and Van Nuys; MesaCAN employees and their families; and members of the Arizona Odd Fellows and Rebekah organization in Arizona or New Mexico.
- You can also qualify by living, working or worshipping in the yellow areas of MariSol’s membership map. Check the map or linked ZIP-code list on its membership page; this route does not cover every Maricopa County resident.
- Family eligibility includes parents, siblings, children, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, legal dependents, and parents- and siblings-in-law of an eligible person. They do not have to join first. MariSol defines a household member as someone sharing a residence as a single unit, including roommates.
- Joining requires a membership application and a $25 savings deposit that must be maintained at all times. This is your ownership share in the credit union.

If adding a charging station to the loan, provide its invoice so MariSol can release that part of the loan.
