Ecological renovation loan
Borrow for energy-saving home renovations where ecological work accounts for more than half of the project cost.

You can finance heat pumps, solar panels, home batteries, energy audits, double or high-performance glazing, and roof, wall or floor insulation. Window-frame replacement can accompany qualifying glazing. Insulation can include the related roof replacement, new façade finish or floor replacement.
Borrow €1,250–€125,000 over 12–180 months. Argenta pays out after you sign the credit agreement and provide proof of purchase. You repay a fixed amount each month; the payment day depends on when the loan was paid out. There is no application-file fee.
The published annual percentage rate starts at 3.95%, or 4.79% for terms of 84 months or more. Argenta’s representative example is €14,811 over 60 months at a fixed 3.95% rate: 60 monthly payments of €271.97, totalling €16,318.20.
Eligibility
You must own the home and renovate it to reduce energy consumption or live more sustainably. Projects qualify when more than 50% of the renovation cost is ecological work. Lending requires Argenta’s acceptance and mutual agreement.

If you are new to Argenta, use its renovation-loan page to make a simulation and complete the appointment form. The appointment form asks you to confirm that you are over 18. Argenta contacts you to arrange a branch appointment.
Existing customers who joined through a branch can simulate and apply in the Argenta app. If you joined through the app, register with an Argenta branch first before you can apply in the app. In the app, go to Products > Renovation loan, complete the simulation and application, upload your documents and sign digitally.
