Business energy improvement loan
Loans for established businesses in Slovakia buying renewable-energy equipment or improving the energy performance of their buildings.
Questa opportunità è attualmente disponibile in inglese.
The Úver pre zdravšiu Zem loan can finance solar and photovoltaic panels, boilers with solar collectors, heat pumps for building heating, wind turbines and smart electricity or gas meters. It also supports low-energy properties and renovations that improve a building’s energy class.
ČSOB lends the money for the investment, and you repay the loan with interest over the agreed term. For businesses with annual turnover up to €2.5 million, the loan is up to €500,000, with a maximum term of 15 years depending on its purpose and security. You can borrow with or without property as security. The bank advertises a preferential interest rate and no processing fee for environmental financing.
For businesses with turnover above €2.5 million, ČSOB agrees the amount, conditions and fees individually. The term is 1–25 years, depending on the purpose and security. This tier also allows the purchase of a property with very low primary-energy needs. The bank can provide an investment loan for this tier.
