Energy-efficiency appliance rebates
Cooperative members can receive rebates for new ENERGY STAR electric appliances for homes, farms, businesses and institutions.

This entry covers new ENERGY STAR appliances under the cooperative’s energy-efficiency incentives. The ENERGY STAR label identifies products meeting strict energy-efficiency specifications set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
A qualifying all-in-one washer/dryer with ventless heat-pump drying receives $50 per unit. Clothes dryers, clothes washers, dehumidifiers, dishwashers, freezers and refrigerators receive $25 per qualifying unit. The rebate cannot exceed the appliance’s purchase cost. The cooperative approves claims and issues the incentive.
Eligibility
You must be a cooperative member, and the new appliance must be electric and on the cooperative’s lines. The form accommodates residential, farm, commercial, industrial and institution/government uses.
All appliances covered here must be ENERGY STAR certified. Check the model through the official ENERGY STAR product page and retain its ENERGY STAR label. All-in-one washer/dryer combinations must use ventless heat-pump drying; freezers and refrigerators must have a capacity of at least 10 cubic feet.

- Submit all required documentation within three months of purchase.
Complete and sign the 2026 appliance incentive form. Include a copy of the receipt or invoice for each appliance, with its purchase price and purchase date circled, and the ENERGY STAR label for each item. Email the documents to cvec@cve.coop or post them to CVEC, Attn: Rebates, PO Box 575, Cornell, WI 54732.
Submit the required documents within three months of purchase. The 2026 incentives are in place through 31 December 2026, subject to limited funds, so submit as soon as possible. The programme may change or be cancelled without notice.
