Investment for companies worldwide that can grow to meet Amazon’s demand and help it reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2040.

The fund primarily provides money in exchange for an ownership stake in your company (preferred equity), or as a loan that can convert into shares (convertible debt). Debt must be repaid unless it converts under the investment agreement. This is investment, not a grant.
Investment amounts vary with the company and its stage of development. The fund describes investments ranging from hundreds of thousands of dollars for young companies to multimillion-dollar investments.
After investment, the fund’s portfolio success team works with your company to identify how Amazon’s resources and expertise can help your technology and operations grow.
Eligibility
- Companies worldwide can be considered, from startups that have not yet developed a product to well-established businesses. Your company must be capable of expanding operations to meet Amazon’s demand and support its net-zero goal.
- Relevant solutions include transport and logistics; energy generation, storage and use; buildings; manufacturing and materials; circular economy; food and agriculture; and carbon removal.
- This is not funding for companies seeking to sell products on Amazon’s marketplaces.
- Signing The Climate Pledge does not guarantee an investment.

Include a secure link to your pitch deck: an introductory slide presentation about your company for investors. Do not include confidential, proprietary or sensitive business information.
