Loyalty grant for efficient household appliances
Long-standing ENTEGA green-electricity customers can receive €50 for a second eligible energy-efficient household appliance bought in the year.

Receive €50 gross towards a second new eligible household appliance. ENTEGA Plus GmbH pays the grant into your bank account after checking your application. The Treuezuschuss supports household electricity savings and is limited to two eligible devices per household and funding year.
Eligibility
- You must have an existing green-electricity supply relationship with ENTEGA Plus GmbH of at least three years when you apply.
- Your electricity supply contract must not already be cancelled when you apply, and you must not cancel it within 14 days afterwards.
- Buy a new fridge or freezer, dishwasher, washing machine or tumble dryer with EU energy-label class A or B. The purchase must be made between 1 January and 31 December 2026, after you concluded the electricity supply contract.
- Awards are limited and allocated in the order applications arrive.

- Applications must arrive by 31 January 2027; awards are limited and allocated in order of receipt.[^c8][^c9]
After buying the appliance, complete the application using the linked 2026 conditions. Send it with a copy of the invoice, a copy of the EU energy label and your IBAN and BIC to kundenservice@entega.de. Alternatively, post the documents to ENTEGA Plus GmbH, Stichwort „Treuezuschuss“, Postfach 11 07 61, 64222 Darmstadt, or hand them in at an ENTEGA Point. Your application must arrive by 31 January 2027. After successful examination, ENTEGA transfers the grant to your account within approximately four weeks.
