Borrow for energy improvements or flood protection in your house, terraced house or holiday home, with the loan amount depending on your property equity.

You can finance replacement windows and external doors, insulation, ground-source heating, water-based heating, ventilation, solar panels, district-heating conversion and air-to-air or air-to-water heat pumps.
Flood-protection work includes soakaways with infiltration tests, pumps and pump wells, backflow protection, perimeter drainage, infiltration systems and new or renovated sewers, including sewer separation. Materials, tradespeople and related costs can be included for this climate-protection work.
The loan ranges from DKK50,000 to DKK500,000, depending on your property equity—the value you own after existing borrowing. The repayment term can be up to 15 years.
Eligibility
- The loan is for an owned house, terraced house or holiday home.
- Use the money for energy improvements, climate protection or both. You must sign a declaration that the loan will be used for these purposes.
- Ordinary maintenance of existing sewers is excluded if it adds no further climate protection.
