Green personal loan
Borrow for home energy improvements, renewable-energy systems or qualifying electric and hybrid vehicles if you live in Italy.

You can finance solar panels, wind systems, heating and plumbing systems such as boilers, air conditioners, biomass and geothermal systems, or insulation, windows and doors. The loan also covers new and used electric vehicles, qualifying hybrids, electric bicycles and electric scooters.
Borrow €1,000–€100,000 to cover your project, subject to approval. The repayment period is 12–120 months depending on the project. Findomestic transfers the money to your bank account; you repay it with interest through monthly direct debits.
The current promotion’s representative example is €14,000 over 96 monthly instalments of €192: fixed nominal interest (TAN) of 7.16%, fixed annual percentage rate (TAEG, the annual cost of credit) of 7.40%, and €18,432 total repayable. These figures describe that example. Ancillary fees are waived, including processing, tax, periodic communications and instalment collection or management charges.
After six instalments paid regularly, you may change the instalment amount or defer one instalment per loan year if repayments use direct debit. You cannot combine the two options. Between deferrals you must pay 11 instalments regularly; deferred instalments move to the end of the loan. Read the pre-contract European consumer-credit information (IEBCC) for all terms before signing. Loan insurance is optional.
Eligibility
- You must be aged 18–75, resident in Italy, have demonstrable income and a current account.
- Provide a spending quotation and documents certifying the green purpose of the loan. The application includes a declaration that the project is environmentally responsible.
- New or used hybrid vehicles must emit less than 50 g CO₂/km.
- Lending is subject to Findomestic Banca’s approval.
