Borrow SEK 30,000–350,000 for improvements that reduce energy use in your home, including insulation, heating systems and solar panels.

You can finance extra insulation, window replacements, replacement appliances, wind-power shares, district or local heating, pellet heating and solar panels, provided the investment can reduce your home’s energy consumption. Sparbanken Boken helps assess whether the loan fits your planned work.
The published variable interest rate is 4.90%. You repay the borrowed money over 1–12 years, depending on the loan’s size and purpose, and pay interest and applicable fees. The arrangement fee is SEK 550, waived for customers with the Nyckelkund package. Electronic invoices are free; postal invoices cost SEK 45 each.
Payment of the loan begins once the bank approves it and receives your signed documents. Contact the bank by phone or at an office if you want to make an extra repayment or settle the loan early.
Eligibility
- You must invest in solutions that can reduce energy consumption in your home.
- You must be at least 18 and have regular income other than benefits, student finance or similar payments.
- Your finances must leave room to pay the loan’s costs, and you must have no registered payment defaults.
- You must be a Sparbanken Boken customer. New customers can join before applying.
