Financing during construction for companies building environmentally certified commercial premises or apartment blocks.

The credit finances your building project. Swedbank sets the price based on your company's circumstances.
Eligibility
The building needs both environmental certification and low energy use:
- Certification must be at least LEED Gold, BREEAM Excellent or Miljöbyggnad Silver. Svanen and Passivhus also qualify.
- Calculated energy performance must be 10% better than Swedish requirements for new buildings.
For credit above SEK 10 million, Hållbar byggbransch also applies. These are the banks' shared requirements for construction projects. Check them with Swedbank before applying.

Apply in Swedbank's online banking or app, or contact your account manager. The bank needs the construction documents to assess your project.
