Home energy loan
Borrow SEK 30,000–350,000 for home energy improvements such as insulation, replacement windows or more efficient appliances.

The investment must reduce energy use in your home. Examples include extra insulation, replacement windows and appliances, shares in wind power, and heating systems using district or local heating or pellets.
Interest is individually priced. The setup fee is SEK 550, waived for Nyckelkund customers. Electronic invoices are free; postal payment notices cost SEK 45 each.
You repay the loan over 1–12 years, depending on its amount and purpose. Contact the bank to make an extra repayment or repay the loan early.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and have a regular income that is not benefits, student aid or similar payments.
- Your finances must allow you to pay the costs of the loan, and you must have no recorded payment defaults.
- You must invest in measures that can reduce your home’s energy use.
- You must be a customer of Ulricehamns Sparbank. New customers can join with mobile BankID or get help by phone or at a branch, then apply.

If you are new to the bank, become a customer first. You can call the same number or request contact through the bank’s new-customer page; bring identification to a customer-opening meeting.
The bank starts paying out the money once the loan is approved and it has received your signed documents.
