Rebates for active electricity members buying new ENERGY STAR appliances for installation on Jackson Electric Cooperative’s lines in 2026.

This entry covers ENERGY STAR appliance rebates within the cooperative’s energy efficiency programme.
The rebates are $150 per clothes washer, electric clothes dryer or dishwasher; $50 per dehumidifier; and $150 per refrigerator or freezer of at least 10 cubic feet. An all-in-one washer/dryer qualifies for $300 per unit if it uses heat-pump technology for drying; it must be a single unit, rather than a stackable pair. Each appliance must be ENERGY STAR rated, and the rebate cannot exceed its cost.
Rebate amounts below $500 are credited to the member’s electricity bill. Amounts above $500 are paid by check to the member on record.
Eligibility
You must have an active Jackson Electric Cooperative membership. The cooperative serves parts of Jackson, Monroe, La Crosse, Clark, Eau Claire and Trempealeau counties in Wisconsin; equipment must be installed on its electricity lines.
- The new electric appliance must be purchased, installed and operating in 2026. The cooperative may verify the equipment.
- Every appliance covered here must be ENERGY STAR rated. The form directs members to ENERGY STAR’s website to verify the rating.
- Clothes dryers must be electric. All-in-one washer/dryer units must use heat-pump drying technology and cannot be stackable pairs. Refrigerators and freezers must each hold at least 10 cubic feet.

- Submit complete documentation within 60 days of the invoice date. New appliances must be purchased, installed and operating in 2026 on the cooperative’s lines.[^c7][^c3]

Apply through Jackson Electric Cooperative’s online 2026 appliance rebate form. Complete and sign it, and upload a paid receipt or invoice for each appliance with the purchase date and price highlighted, plus its ENERGY STAR label. Submit the complete documentation within 60 days of the invoice date; incomplete or unsigned applications may be rejected.
The cooperative’s overview asks members to submit 2026 rebates by 23 December. The appliance form states that rebates remain in place through 31 December 2026 or until funds are depleted, and encourages early submission. Availability can change without notice.
