Municipality of Val TerbiZwitserland500 CHF

Building owners can receive CHF500 towards a CECB Plus energy assessment for a building in Val Terbi, outside a property sale.

Deze mogelijkheid is momenteel in het Engels beschikbaar.

The municipal energy fund supports a CECB Plus assessment: a building energy certificate with renovation advice that identifies opportunities to improve energy efficiency. This entry covers that assessment route.

The grant is CHF500 for a completed CECB Plus and is paid directly to your bank or postal account using your IBAN.

Eligibility

  • You must own the building covered by the assessment. It must be in Val Terbi, and the action must be carried out entirely in Switzerland.
  • The assessment must have been completed on or after 1 January 2026. CECB Plus certificates prepared for a building sale are excluded.
  • There is no automatic right to a grant. Applications are processed in order of receipt within the annual budget. The communal council can set quotas or other limits. Once these are reached, grants and payments are suspended until the next financial year, when pending applications are reactivated.
  • The council may inspect the action during or after completion. Grants obtained improperly must be repaid, and the municipality may file a criminal complaint. Breaches of the regulation, ordinance or resulting decisions can attract a fine of up to CHF1,000, subject to other applicable federal or cantonal criminal provisions.
