Borrow €10,000–€75,000 for energy improvements such as insulation, replacement windows or heating, or for private photovoltaic and solar installations.
The bank lends you money that you repay with interest over a term of 1–15 years. Your interest rate depends on the chosen term and your creditworthiness. A land charge—a registered right over your property used as loan security—and an own-capital contribution are not required.
You can make a free extra repayment using state subsidies, reducing the amount you still owe. Up to 25% of the total loan may finance other purposes, such as a new kitchen alongside an energy renovation.
Eligibility
You must be a private individual with sufficient creditworthiness, which the bank assesses when considering your loan. You can use the loan for private energy renovation and solar installations.
Other purposes must account for no more than 25% of the total loan.
