The Préstamo Energía Autoconsumo finances home photovoltaic panels, which generate electricity from sunlight for your own use. Fiare Banca Etica lends you €5,000–€20,000, repayable over 12–120 months. Monthly instalments repay both the money borrowed and interest.
Cooperative members pay fixed annual interest of 4% and an opening fee of 0.75% of the loan, with a €40 minimum. Nonmember customers pay 5.5% fixed annual interest and an opening fee of 1%, with a €50 minimum. The published annual percentage rate (APR), which includes interest and the opening fee, ranges from 4.241% to 5.640% for members and 5.873% to 7.639% for nonmembers, depending on the loan amount or term. The bank illustrates these ranges with loans signed in 2024; the APR of your offer depends on its amount and repayment period.
The bank’s maximum consumer-loan tariff lists late-payment interest at the loan interest rate plus two percentage points. For early cancellation or partial repayment of fixed-interest loans, it lists a maximum fee of 1% during the loan’s first year and 0.5% thereafter. The tariff identifies these consumer loans as subject to Spain’s consumer-credit law, Ley 16/2011. The dedicated solar-loan interest and opening fees above are the product prices, rather than the higher generic tariff maxima.
