Rainwater collector purchase aid
Residents of the 96 Campagnes de l’Artois communes can receive up to €90 towards a rainwater collector bought from a local shop.

Collect rainwater for outdoor uses such as watering the garden, cleaning outdoor areas or washing your car. All collector models qualify, regardless of volume, colour or brand.
The grant covers 50% of the VAT-inclusive collector purchase price, rounded up to the next whole euro, with a €90 ceiling per household request. Awards are made in order of arrival within the €4,500 budget for 2026.
Eligibility
- Live in one of the 96 communes belonging to the Communauté de Communes des Campagnes de l’Artois and buy the collector from a shop within that territory.
- For this route, buy in 2026 by 18 December, using the invoice date. Water collected must be used exclusively outdoors.
- Your household can make one request and must not have received similar aid in 2025. There is no income test.

Submit the digital form on démarches simplifiées Hauts-de-France by 18 December 2026 at midnight. Paper applications are not accepted. If you need a computer or help completing the form, call 03 21 220 200 for an appointment with France Services or the digital adviser.
Upload readable PDF copies of your paid invoice, proof of address under three months old, both sides of a valid identity document, bank details (RIB) and the signed, approved regulations. The invoice must show the shop’s name and address, payment date, your name and address, equipment reference and description, and VAT-inclusive price; a till receipt is not accepted.
Documents must be in your name. If your address proof is not in your name, supply a hosting attestation and the host’s identity document. The invoice must be from the same year as the request.
Send a complete file: missing documents prevent payment. The intercommunal authority checks it and the President awards the grant; after validation, the public Treasury pays by bank transfer in your name.
